I have been taking sessions since the last three and a half months from Urvashi ma'am, I have seen significant changes in my body. Due to my lifestyle it is difficult to set a particular time, but her sessions are very flexible, you can join in the morning or evening.Ma'am is so motivating and positive that you feel your mood lift up instantly as well . I am really happy I joined her classes.Both online and offline sessions feel equally beneficial.Her attention to detail is commendable

I joined U21 in May month for 1 or 2 months but I liked the environment there and Urvashi mam's guidance and I continued in July month also.The pain in my knees is 50-60% better.Urvashi mam's father has not done such a thing and you have to do it. I felt very good about her encouragement ❤️By joining U21 my stamina and energy has increased thank you so much mam 🙏
